Working on the "Our Heroes" Page

I spent the day working on my “heroes” page. The purpose of this page is to introduce the book’s characters. I like books that have pictures and profiles of the book’s main characters.

I experimented with hand lettering the text. It’s really casual and doesn’t fit with the rest of the text in the book. Tomorrow I’ll redo this with the Coustard font that I’ve been using. My lesson of the day is: Try to pick a font that you don’t mind looking at for the three or four years will take to do a six-book series.

CSP tip: to export a page as a multi-layer Photoshop PSD or PSB, do as Save As rather than an export. CSP’s export tool flattens multi-layer images.
