Still Working On the Storyboard

Footprints on the beach remind of of Robinson Crusoe, by Daniel Defoe. I read the book as a kid — I was an avid reader of adventure stories.

I’m half way though creating the storyboard. It will take another week to get this part of the project done. The story line is evolving daily, with each new page leading to new plot lines. I’m continually reminding myself to keep the story simple enough that it will fit nicely into 48 images.

My stories in the Jimmy Jay series have three parts: the happy campers go on a journey, the campers gett into unexpected trouble, and, finally, one of the campers saves the day. Everyone goes home happy, and Jimmy Jay heads off to a new adventure (the next book in the series) with a new friend.
