Adding Text to the Prologue Page
/The prologue helps introduce the characters
I’ve been puzzled about how to introduce the names of the characters. When I created the pictures and dialog, I blithely assumed that the reader would know the names of my characters because they had already read my first book. That’s a funny assumption, since I’ve sold only one or two copies. I’m hoping that adding a prologue will make the names clear for the reader. I know that it would be best if the names were introduced organically in the dialogue, but I’ve decided not to do a major overhaul at this point. I’m thinking that this cake is baked. It’s okay to move on to the next one.
