Page 49 with More Flats with Philly Cheese Steak and Uncheese Chedarry Sauce

I started cooking right after breakfast. The big project was to make a vegan Philly Cheese Steak dish. I sliced up a shit ton of portobello mushrooms, onions, and red pepper then spiced everything up with a little catsup, white miso, and Worcestershire sauce. The uncheese cheddary sauce was mostly potatoes, carrots, and nutritional yeast, elevated with half a dozen zesty spices. Of course, the sauce didn’t taste like cheddar cheese because it’s uncheese! It was, however, delicious. I would make this recipe again.

I had a couple of free hours to spend on my children’s picture book and made another inch of progress. I redrew, inked, and flatted Betty and Tuca confronting the drowsy volcano demon they have just weakened.

It’s been a delicious day.
