Page 50 Rough Sketch and Colors

I did this in Krita

Today I managed to get off work an hour early. I’ve been mulling over this picture for a few days and I finally had the time to work on it. The angrier the volcano kitty gets, the bigger she gets, until she becomes a demon who can vent her anger without limits. As I look at this first sketch, I want her tail to be fatter and curled back into the picture, not pointing away from the action. I want her head to be massive and more menacing, like a real demon, with teeth showing, nostrils flaring, and eyes boring into her victims. It’s a good start and placeholder for when I return to this page. The way things are going, there’s no telling when I’ll be free to work on this again.
